Feeling So..... Blah! Blah! Blah!!!!

Okay, I am in some serious need of some motivation. I have been feeling so unmotivated, I have not been eating the cleanness, I pushed “Insantiy” off until May because, I’m not feeling up to it. I feel as if I am falling off my horse and being dragged through the dirt. Oh and did I mention I am up 3lbs? UHHHHHGGGGHHHH!!!
A trip that wasn’t even worth it in the 1st place has definitely got me off my “A” game. I have been working out since last Tuesday with riding the spin bike for 30mins and alternating my days with weight lifting and an Ab workout….maybe I should do all 3 being that I haven’t been doing anything else. I feel that I need more of a workout then the 45mins I use during my lunch break but, I’m too dang on lazy to do anything else after work. I really need a swift kick in the rear and get myself up and back on plan.

This week I have been doing a bit better, I have been eating clean minus my 4 cookies have been indulging in almost every night. I ride the spin bike for the 30mins, weight train and do Abs. I won’t get back on the scale until Monday and I am praying for a low number! No, I am going to get a lower number. I have come too far to fail. So, I decided that it’s time for me to set new goals.

Goals are as followed: Today is April 14th, Wednesday.

-          April 30th I want to be 5lbs lighter
-          I’m going to work out in addition to my 45 min workout after work 3days a week
-          Will workout 1 day on the weekend.
-          May 1st I will take the “Insanity” Fit Test
-          May 1st take before pictures for “Insanity” program
-          May 3rd will be my Day 1 of Insanity!

There I feel better now having mapped out my plan! Here’s to being 5lbs lighter by the end of April. Have a Great Day Everyone!!

I'm sorry you're feeling like this. I've had my moments too. I found that if I work out in the morning before I do anything else that I have more energy to do it. Of course, you'd want to get enough sleep the night before. You can get back on track. It just takes that first day.
