Losing it with Jillian

A friend of mine told me about this show a week ago and I just got caught up on all the episodes online!
I think this woman is phenomenal! What she does for these families is just admirable. If you haven't so already, do check it out! Losing it with Jillian

I started watching this show last week or so and it is really good. Jillian seems to really want to help families get healthy and in shape. It's such a wonderful thing!

I agree Melissa JM really does care for these families, she is genuinely concerned for their well being! I was stuck watching it online and was mad that there weren't any more to watch!!

I'm glad you all can catch it on demand, it's really something worth watching. I now understand when she says "Do it! You're not going to die"! I swear to you I tought if I were on that treadmill I would be running 12 speed for 2 mins!! I know I have it in me I just have to push myself!!!

Thanks for commenting! Have a great one!!!

I've been watching it from the beginning, but missed a few episodes. Even more so than on the Biggest Loser, I think it's awesome because she's helping the whole family unit at the same time.

One episode I remember in particular was with the single mom and her two kids. At the moment the woman ...broke and finally began to realize that she did deserve a happy life even after her husband's death brought me to tears.
