Better Late Than Never!!!!!

I’m sorry for my lack of Blogging I’ve had a crazy week. Of course a week with staying on track and working out Hard as Heck!!! I’ve been eating clean, getting my water in, working out like a beast and guess what?!?!?! I’ve even slowed down on my coffee intake. Yeahhhhh Boi!!!!!

On Monday I started P90X again! My Girl that I go running with wanted to do it and needed some encouragement and you know me…. I’m all about encouraging. So, here are my workouts from this past week.

Monday – P90X Chest & Back + 1hr of Zumba
Tuesday- P90X Plyometrics
Wednesday- (Missed) P90X workout and did the Elliptical Machine
Thursday- P90X Arms and Shoulders
Friday- (Missed) P90X workout and Ran/Walk on the Treadmill for 20 Mins + 20 Mins on the Elliptical
Today: P90X Kenpo X + Spin

I will do much better next week with P90X being that I don’t have to go into the office!

I started reading this book “Skinny Bitch” by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin and am learning so much!!!
It’s truly a great read…. So far!!!

I hope you all are having a great weekend!! Thank you for reading, leaving your great replies and all of the encouragement! I Love you for the support!!!  Stay Tuned because, there’s more to see!!!

Look at you! Great work and I am sure you are going to have a great weigh in on Monday. I started reading Skinny Bitch a few years ago, I liked what they had to say but I wasn't feeling how they were saying it so I didn't finish the book. I thought they were way to blunt, maybe I should give it another chance. I have a fried who stopped dairy completely because of that book.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful comments you posted on my page, they really mean alot to me. I wish you all the best and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

I picked up 'Skinny Bitch' for the 2nd time, last month. It's definitely a brute book, but truly eye-opening! It pushed me over the vegetarian edge, lol.

You know I agree with you about how the book is written. Almost makes me want to say, "Yeah?!?!?!?! Say it to my face!!!" but, so much of the stuff I had no idea about. Like coffee! OMG!!!

Thank you Ladies for your comments & thank you O.W in SoCal for dropping by!!!
